What are the referral criteria for patients?

You can only access the restorative triage service if you are referred by your dentist.  We will contact you directly, usually by post, with details for an appointment.

What are the main reasons for rejecting patients?

If you fail to attend for your appointment you will be discharged from the service and a new referral will be required.

Who are the clinicians providing the service?

Who can use the service?

This service is available to all patients living within the Thames Valley area, or with a General Medical Practitioner in the area.
