The best and fastest way to contact us and get any support that you might need for your referral is via email at d.referrals@nhs.net. By using email we can be sure to direct your referral or query to the person most able to assist you; be this one of the clinical team, our admin staff or someone in the commissioning teams in your area. If you need to speak with us on the phone you can call us at 0845 8620841 (calling this number costs 2p per minute in addition to any network charges). Please note at busy times you may need to leave a message, please be sure to leave your name and number (and URN if you have it), so that we can call you back.

Waiting Times and appointments

The referral centre cannot provide appointment details or waiting times. Please contact the provider you have been sent to in order to get this information. You can track your referral here

Please note: The areas we currently look after are noted at the bottom of this page. If you do not live in one of these areas, your referral will have been dealt with by an alternative service. Please contact your dentist for details of where your referral has been sent.
